This beautiful piece of vintage jewelry is crafted in solid 18K white gold and features an approx. 10.0CT (13.0 x 10.0mm) Cabochon cut ruby (treated), and approx. 0.50CT Round cut diamonds (SI1 - SI2 clarity/H - I color).
